I recently had an ECG because of the show with chest pain and shortness of breath with palpation and ECG atrial fibrillation. I have to go for further tests and my doctor has to avoid me in a daily dose of aspirin for stroke or heart attack. I also have dextrocardia. I'm only 24 and I am very worried. Can anyone help?

AF is a failure of normal control node (SA node) in the posterior wall of the right atrium. Atrial fibrillation is by far the form of cardiac arrhythmia most frequently. The core of the Cardiac Rhythm Management lost and can significantly increase the speed.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, this is not a benign disease, but there are several ways to deal with it. You may recall, Tony Blair, surgical treatment, when he was prime minister. This is the destruction of aberrant line path, so that the SA resume.
Patients may also cardioverter before a DC as in shock when a device is used in patients after cardiac arrest.
Digoxin is used for many years on the management of AF is unfashionable, but it is still used by many cardiologists.
Another approach is to ignore a return to normal rhythm, and only the control flow, the use of beta-blockers.
The rapid irregular rhythm allows some blood to stagnate, and the risk of blood clots and strokes, for this reason, patients received a minimum of anti --Platelet therapy and, more recently, the anticoagulant warfarin.
Atrial fibrillation is a rapid, irregular atrial rhythm. Symptoms include weakness and sometimes heart palpitations, shortness of breath, and presyncope. Often, blood clots in the atria, so that a substantial risk of embolic stroke. Diagnosis is by ECG. The treatment is the frequency with drugs, prevention of thromboembolism with anticoagulation control, and sometimes the restoration of sinus rhythm by drugs or cardioversion.
ReplyDeleteThe disorder is usually controllable with treatment. Many patients with atrial fibrillation.
Atrial fibrillation tends to become chronic, but. It can even again with the treatment.
Possible complications: --
* Fainting spells (syncope), if atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter cause the pulse is too fast or slow
* Heart failure
* Stroke, blood clots break off, and when (the brain blood-thinning medications such as heparin and warfarin can reduce the risk)
