There may be several different things ... no air trapped inside during sex. Sometimes everything can change and "complaints" noises. Or maybe something to do with the large intestine. Sometimes the large intestine is able to be in front and make noise. This may be the bladder. Bubbles can sometimes make noise and process. Does it cause pain? Do you have to be monitored when it happens? Of course the best thing about what to do is go see a gynecologist to be sure. It will probably say something.
