None of them are carved in stone ... is an average, and not many of us, "your average" ... I'm 5'9'', 175 pounds with 7% body fat ... almost ready for the next show ... I'm off the table after an overweight BMI table ... I never go to them ... I am shocked and ready for the show. He had a lot of hard work and lots of good food, eaten at the right time, more than 400 kg of water per month ... and still lost 5 pounds ... Absolutely no one in the gym, I would consider .. Overweight. Also I would be on a 180 strong for the next show ... are not in the list ... go with what you feel, as you see ... Form is not something that is not discussed.
ReplyDeleteIdeal body weight and BMI are worthless. The% body fat is what matters in terms of health in the short term and long term.
