Never heard of blinds. I'm in the U.S., and I heard Roman shades. You can store instructions for the production line, a library or tissue.
ReplyDeleteIf you want to make your own shade to do it is to buy a ringtone very cheap and you remove the plastic shade. Remove the wooden board in the background, so you can reuse. Cut the material that you, the dimension of the roll and stick on. Sew a casing at the bottom of the wooden board and place it.
The tough part is the end of the pages. You can hem, use a liquid glue or fray check. So make sure to allow extra width, cut the tissue.
